Casa Gigliola and Casa Celeste are two cosy vacation rentals south of Siena, in Val di Merse. They are portions of a holiday villa in Tuscany, with independent entrance on the ground floor. Casa Gigliola is a large holiday rental apartment for up to 7 people located on the 1st floor with use of the garden. Casa Celeste is a beautiful, recently-renovated holiday flat for 2 to 4 people on the top floor of the villa, with a beautiful private terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the warm sun.
The view of the village of Monticiano and of the surrounding countryside from the terraces is very beautiful. Comfortable chairs are provided to lay "under the Tuscan sun".

People who enjoy easy hiking can walk to the Abbey of San Galgano. There is a brand new walking trail with benches along the way, which starts just outside Casa Gigliola and leads straight to the Abbey.
